Our Team
Founder and Managing Partner
Javier Ruiz is the Managing Director and founder of Assurance Advising Group. Appointed to this role in November 2022, he is based in our headquarters Orlando Florida and oversees the consulting activities that provided energy solutions that support sustainable growth for our customers.
With nearly 26 years of experience in the power generation industry, Javier has a deep understanding of the energy sector and the challenges it faces due to his diverse career in the industry.
During this period Javier had the opportunity to forged close relationship among industry stakeholder’s leaders in diverse areas like; utilities, independent power producers, field service providers, EPC companies, fuel suppliers, investment funds and OEMs. He is also very passionate about supporting sustainable development through low – and zero – carbon solutions that help reduce emissions and drive climate action.
Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering from the Universidad Javeriana Bogota as well as a Master in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
